We’re starting a new Online Post Natal Pilates Class in the beginning of March and are looking for a few more ladies to join our small group.

Post Natal Classes are classes for mothers who have recently given birth (minimum 6 weeks) and want to start exercising again. The primary focus is to tone and condition the body, in particular strengthen the pelvic floor, the abdominals and the lower back. It is a great class to regain and improve your fitness after giving birth. The idea is to start on 2nd March at 10.30am online. We’ll meet up virtually once a week for 50 minutes for 6 weeks (the cost is £60). All you need is a (Pilates) mat and a tablet or laptop set up in a way so I can see you. You’re baby is very welcome to join the class.
