Pre/Post Natal Pilates Classes
Pre/Post Natal Pilates classes are a great way to meet other mums in the local area. Classes are suitable for mothers with babies from newborn to crawling. It’s recommended to wait six weeks after a natural birth and eight weeks after a caesarean (If in doubt obtain physicians permission).
The primary focus of this postnatal class (besides having fun or course) is to tone and condition, and in particular strengthen the abdominals, pelvic floor and lower back. The class is a great way to regain and improve your fitness after giving birth while also meeting new friends and bonding with your baby. No Pilates experience necessary.
