Group Classes
All levels and abilities are welcome to join the group classes. To ensure that you get the attention and correction you need classes will be small.
All materials and props will be provided for. No need to bring your own mat.
Pilates
A mat based Pilates class which focusses on lengthening and strengthening of the body. This class is suitable for all. It will offer alternatives (and props) to ensure you can work at your level.
Pilates for life
Pilates for life is a Pilates class with the motto “movement heals”. It is suitable for people of all ages. The benefits of this class will be like any other Pilates class but it will have a slower pace and will be very beneficial for people with injuries, the older adult or for people who like to have a calmer approach whatever the reason. There is no need to lay down on the floor.
Pre/Post Natal Pilates
This is a specialized Pilates class for the pre-natal or post-natal body. It focusses on strengthening the pelvic floor muscle and to keep or regain your mobility. If you are a group of woman interested in organizing a Pre/Post-Natal class (min 6 people) please contact Saskia West directly.
