This class is for the older adults and/or beginners. The class is split between using a chair, standing and (optionally) a mat. The chair and standing work take about half an hour. The class will continue with some optional mat work if you are able to do so.

60 min. Using a chair and a flexband. With a focus on stress relief.

Older Adult Class #11

60 min. With a focus on spinal articulation. Please bring a mini stability ball an flexband if possible.

Older Adult Class #12

60 min. With focus on peripheral (limbs) movement.

Older Adult Class #13

60 min. With a focus on lengthening and strengthening the legs.

Older Adult Class #14

60 min. Mindful movement.
